Ambidexterity Dalam Perkembangan UMKM Retail Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Perkembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) pasar tradisional masa pandemi covid-19 ini dinilai semakin berat. Sudah menjadi rahasia umum bahwa perkembangan UMKM retail sedikit mengalami ketersendatan semenjak maraknya perusahaan-perusahaan besar mulai membuka geraiMartnya sampai kepelosok desa. Hal membuat persaingan antar gerai-geraiMart dengan tidak terelakan. Ditambah lagi covid 19 yang memaksa pemerintah mengambil kebijakan lockdown dibeberapa daerah, akibatnya banyak dari mati suri.
 Dilihat permasalahan diteliti, penelitian merupakan kausalitas, bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengaruh (sebab-akibat) dua atau lebih fenomena (Sekaran 1992)[1], melalui pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling 126 responden diambil populasi, yaitu Retail berdomisili di Kecamatan Garung, Kabupaten Wonosobo. Adapun pengumpulan data digunakan kuesioner, kemudian jawaban skor skala linkert. Setelah dilakukan uji statistik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Ambidexterity berpengaruh terhadap Pandemi memoderasi Exploitasi explorasi (anteseden ambidexterity) Wonosobo
